Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at BoomerangFX, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by generating new leads and opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct targeted cold calls to prospective clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points. The goal is to qualify leads and secure appointments for our Account Executives to deliver product demonstrations and close deals.

**Please note that this is a 5 days/week In-Office position, based in our office in Miami, FL | Mississauga, ON

Scope of duties

  • Initiate and manage outbound cold calls to potential clients.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target industries.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS software solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with Sr Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and update lead information in a CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.

What you offer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ years inside sales software experience preferred
  • Prior telephone sales experience – strong cold calling skills
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on results and targets.
  • Familiarity with SaaS software and technology solutions is an asset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
