Dr. Stephen Mulholland is one of the most influential innovators in aesthetic medicine. A world-renowned cosmetic surgeon, educator, inventor, author, and entrepreneur, he has spent more than two decades helping shape the technologies, treatment protocols, and business strategies that define the modern aesthetics industry.
As a founding shareholder of InMode (NASDAQ: INMD), one of the world's most successful publicly traded aesthetic medical technology companies, and co-creator of Morpheus8®, one of the most widely adopted aesthetic technologies globally, Dr. Mulholland helped pioneer the category of minimally invasive radiofrequency treatments now performed by providers around the world. His innovations have transformed patient outcomes, reshaped the aesthetics industry, and helped thousands of practices unlock new opportunities for growth.
Beyond product innovation, Dr. Mulholland is one of the industry's most respected educators. Over the course of his career, he has trained and spoken to more than 100,000 practitioners, delivered educational programs in over 50 countries, and helped establish many of the clinical protocols used in aesthetic medicine today.
A prolific author and thought leader, Dr. Mulholland has authored more than 15 books and educational publications on aesthetic medicine, practice growth, and technology innovation. His widely acclaimed business and clinical publications—including The BoomerangFX Book and Advanced Injectable & Facial Shaping—are now in their third editions and have collectively reached more than 100,000 practitioners worldwide.
Drawing on decades of experience building successful practices, commercializing category-defining technologies, and educating healthcare providers around the world, Dr. Mulholland co-founded BoomerangFX to help clinics leverage technology, automation, and AI to achieve new levels of growth and operational excellence.
Jerome Dwight
Jerome Dwight is a technology entrepreneur, investor, board advisor, and business leader recognized for helping organizations leverage technology, automation, and artificial intelligence to accelerate growth and create competitive advantage. Over the course of his career, he has led businesses across financial services, fintech, automotive technology, blockchain, and healthcare, helping build and scale organizations representing more than $4 billion in combined enterprise value.
A recipient of Canada's Top 40 Under 40™, Jerome previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Bank of New York Mellon Canada and held senior global leadership roles with RBC International Wealth Management, Cox Enterprises, and Ernst & Young. Throughout his career, he has led digital transformation initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships across global organizations, Fortune 500 companies, private equity-backed businesses, and high-growth startups.
As an entrepreneur, investor, and board advisor, Jerome has been at the forefront of innovation across artificial intelligence, fintech, blockchain, and digital platforms. Today, he leads BoomerangFX's global strategy and vision as the company continues to redefine private-pay healthcare through AI-powered patient acquisition, engagement, operations, and practice growth.
