Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a B2B Marketing Coordinator – E Learning. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our online learning platform's success by focusing on content creation, email marketing, user engagement, digital marketing, and overall user experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B environments, excellent multitasking abilities, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Proactively engage with B2B clients to understand their eLearning needs and ensure a positive customer experience.
    • Implement strategies to increase user engagement and participation in online learning programs.
    • Provide timely and personalized support to address client inquiries and concerns.
  2. Follow-ups:
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure clients are maximizing the value of our eLearning solutions through ongoing communication and support.
  3. Digital Marketing Capabilities:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize digital channels to promote our eLearning platform, generate leads, and increase brand awareness within the target market.
    • Ability to run multiple email campaigns
  4. Tech Knowledge:
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of online learning technologies and platforms.
    • Should have a working knowledge of Figma & Canva
    • Provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshooting issues related to eLearning software and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  5. Experience with Customer Journey:
    • Analyze and map the customer journey to identify key touchpoints and areas for enhancement.
    • Implement strategies to optimize the customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing support and renewals.
  6. Taking Initiative:
    • Take proactive measures to identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
    • Demonstrate a proactive attitude in addressing client needs and driving positive outcomes.
  7. Multitasking:
    • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring each receives the attention and support required.
    • Handle various tasks, including customer communications, project management, and issue resolution, concurrently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B environments, particularly in online eLearning or similar industries.
  • Strong digital marketing skills and familiarity with various online marketing tools.
  • Technical proficiency in eLearning platforms and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer engagement and journey optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
