Your Role in a Nutshell
As the Customer Success Manager (Learn Department) at BoomerangFX, you will focus on supporting the Learn division, working with clients in the medical spa and aesthetic industry. This hybrid role combines customer success, digital marketing, and operational tasks, including shipping educational materials. Ideal candidates will bring expertise in the aesthetic medical industry, CRM tools like HubSpot, and digital marketing, paired with exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Learn department clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support.
- Address customer inquiries and proactively resolve issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Digital Marketing & CRM Management
- Execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the Learn department’s objectives.
- Manage and optimize campaigns using CRM tools such as HubSpot to drive engagement and track performance.
- Analyze customer data and marketing campaign metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Operational Support
- Coordinate the shipping and delivery of educational books and materials to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support logistics and operations for the Learn department to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align efforts with organizational goals.
- Incorporate customer feedback to enhance Learn department offerings and processes.
What Are We Looking For?
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of the medical spa, aesthetic, or private-pay healthcare sectors.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Digital Marketing Experience: Proven ability to manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, customer engagement, and data analysis.
- Customer Success: 3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or education sectors.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and experience managing logistical tasks such as shipping.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of InMode products and services.
- Experience coordinating projects or initiatives across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Monday to Friday in Person in Mississauga
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year + annual bonus
