BoomerangFX, an innovativemedical software company located in Mississauga, ON, is looking for a SeniorGoogle Ads and Facebook Ads Specialist with 5+ years of Paid Ads experience,active Google Certification(s), including some experience with Bing Ads and/orTikTok ad platforms and an interest in the cosmetic surgery industry. This is apermanent role with exciting opportunities for growth, we are expandingquickly!

WHAT YOU OFFER

· Experience in Google Adsmanagement, automated bidding, ML/AI, tracking, reporting and tactics forimprovement.

. 3+ years of Google Ads(primary), Facebook and Remarketing. Preference to Lead Generation, note-commerce, and proven quantitative results, e.g., 50% decrease in CPL, 25%higher conversion rates.

· Experience with A/B testing isrequired

· Proven experience usingFacebook ads for B2C within healthcare industry, a plus.

· Experience with programmaticad placements is beneficial or running brand campaigns.

· Strong organizational skillsto effectively manage promotional deadlines, approvals, and pending tasks.

· Knowledge and appreciation ofthe cosmetic industry.

· Ability to create and optimizedigital assets (text ads, responsive display ads and video ads) usingtemplates.

· Proven success in drivingquality B2C traffic, increasing consumer interest and growing revenue forclients.

· Balancing a portfolio ofclients across multiple platforms while maintaining budget thresholds.

· Basic understanding of onlinemedical policies, copyright and privacy laws.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

· Finalize and expand templatesas required for rapid new client onboarding.

· Monitor KPI performancefrequently to lead the necessary optimizations and account performance.

· Coach and collaborate yourexperience and ideas across a team of specialists.

· Develop error-free originalcopy with relevant imagery, videos, etc. for display media.

· Grow revenue through leadgeneration through the lowest cost-per-lead media.

· Increase clients by generatingquality leads and measuring the ROI.

· Utilize Asana software forproject assignment, due dates, and team communications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00per year
