Role Overview
Reporting to the Implementation Manager, the Practice Management Consultant & Trainer will be responsible for delivering training and onboarding support to new BoomerangFX users and employees,including conducting live software training & demonstrations. You will provide SaaS Implementation support to our clients who operate private medical aesthetic practices across North America and International markets. You will be responsible for multiple SMB accounts and will need strong project managementskills.
You will need experience with SaaS Implementation/training and act as a Subject Matter Expert of the BoomerangFX platform. You are confident in your customer support skills and adept with the use of technology and developing training guides.
Scope of duties
- Deliver training on our practice management software to new clients and employees
- Act as primary software trainer and on boarding support to your portfolio of clients.
- Serve as a single point of customer contact during the implementation ensuring client satisfaction
- Manage client escalations and work with cross functionally to resolve client concerns
- Train clients through key software learning milestones for effective Software application usage.
- Own client retention by proactively reducing churn, increasing customer adoption, and improving overall satisfaction.
- Assist in the review of client processes and the development of new workflow plans.
- Manage client relationship during the implementation process.
- Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed upon with client and team
- Continuously learning and acting as a subject matter expert on product updates, features, and fixes across our product portfolio
- Successfully hand off to customer success team when client has successfully completed process.
- Perform other duties as needed and directed by leadership
What You Offer:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (health sciences, business, etc.)
- Practical experience in a related field (private healthcare sector or medical aesthetics space)
- Software implementation, customer success or project management experience within a SaaS company
- 2+ years of experience in a client facing/support role
- Experience with project management software and CRM tools (like HubSpot)
- Ability to understand private healthcare operations and workflows
- Strong organization and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills,
- Strong technical skills to interact with customers remotely
- Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States for workshops
