The Role: Full-Cycle Account Executive

This is a 100% commission-only role — no base salary, just uncapped upside.

You will own the entire sales cycle from hunting to demo to close, with a short 2-week sales cycle common from first contact to signed deal.

• Hunt: Self-source leads worldwide through calls, LinkedIn, email, and referrals.
• Demo: Deliver powerful product demonstrations showing why RUN + LeadEngineAI are the ultimate growth engines for clinics.
• Close: Present pricing, handle objections, and secure 12-month contracts.
• Handoff: Transition accounts to onboarding and customer success.

Compensation (Uncapped)

• $2,000 commission per RUN Software contract
• $2,400 commission per LeadEngineAI contract
• $5,000 commission per Bundle (RUN + LeadEngineAI)
• Accelerators: 20–30% bonus once you close 7+ deals/month
• Top performers earn $500K–$1M+ annually

Example: Close 10 bundle deals in a month = $50,000 in commissions.
Consistently close 15+ deals/month = $1M+ per year.
