BoomerangFX, an innovative medical software company located in Mississauga, ON, is looking for a Senior Google Ads and Facebook Ads Specialist with 5+ years of Paid Ads experience, active Google Certification(s), including some experience with Bing Ads and/or TikTok ad platforms and an interest in the cosmetic surgery industry. This is a permanent role with exciting opportunities for growth, we are expanding quickly!

Scope of Duties

  • Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screenings, interviews, negotiation, and reference checks
  • Identify, source, and maintain a pipeline of candidates through a variety of platforms: social media, job boards, networking, headhunting, external agencies, etc.
  • Creatively build new recruitment strategies capable of attracting top talents
  • Complete weekly status reports
  • Work closely with senior leaders to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Participate in internal company initiatives such as social media campaigns, culture events, etc.
  • Lead the establishment of human resources processes, onboarding forms and documentation.
  • Assist in staff onboarding and developing materials to remain an employer of choice in technology.
  • Oversee exit interview processes, terminations and monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations in various jurisdictions.
  • Institute effective performance evaluation scorecard to support a pay-for-performance culture.
  • Source professional development programs for staff and leaders.
  • Play an active role in the design and development of ongoing workplace culture and social events.

What You Offer

  • A degree or diploma from a recognized institution or equivalent work history
  • Completed (or working toward) CHRP designation is an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in human resources combined and talent acquisition
  • Experience in leading human resources initiatives to support business growth objectives
  • Hands-on work ethic, with a “roll-up the sleeve’s” attitude with a passion for managing the details within a growing business
  • A humble, approachable demeanour that builds trusts across all levels of the organization
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
